I’m Coach Jason, founder of Narrow Path Coaching and Narrow Path Leadership. I help young people discover their value, take ownership of their choices, and recognize the difference they can make in the lives of others.

My background includes serving as a teen director with the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, a youth director with the YMCA, and a youth mentor with Purpose 2 Inspire, and also a teen servant leader across multiple church ministries. Through that work, I’ve seen how meaningful it is for a young person to have someone who listens, shows up consistently, and challenges them with love.

My approach is rooted in Christian faith and a simple belief: as we learn to add value to others, we grow ourselves. Through honest conversations, practical activities, recreational activities, and opportunities to serve, I help young people connect lessons about character and leadership to everyday life.

As a husband and father, I understand how much parents care about who is speaking into their children’s lives. I aim to partner with families, offering encouragement, accountability, and space for young people to be honest as they grow.

My heart is to help the next generation become people who serve willingly, lead responsibly, and leave every environment better than they found it.
